Track your swap from deposit to delivery
What each stage of an order means, how to find an order later, and what to do if a swap does not go to plan.
Once you have created a swap, its order page is your dashboard. It updates on its own, so you can leave it open or come back to it any time.
The order page
While Swapabit waits for your deposit, the page shows exactly what to send: the amount, the network, the deposit address, and a memo when one is required. The address has a copy button and a QR code for phone wallets.
Below it you see what you will receive and where it will be sent. Further down, the details list every transaction as it happens, with links to a block explorer.
The four stages
The progress bar at the top of the page moves through four stages:
- Waiting: the exchange is waiting for your deposit to reach its address.
- Confirming: your deposit has been seen and the blockchain is confirming it. How long this takes depends on the coin.
- Exchanging: the exchange has your deposit and is swapping it.
- Sending: the swap is done and your coins are on their way to your receive address.
When sending finishes, the order is Completed and the coins are in your wallet.
If something goes wrong
An order can also end in one of three other states:
- Expired: no deposit arrived before the quote ran out. Nothing was sent, so simply start a new swap.
- Refunded: the exchange could not complete the swap and sent your coins back to your refund address.
- Failed: something went wrong that needs a person to look at it. Contact support with your order ID and the team will help.
Find your orders later
Every swap you make is saved in this browser. Open Orders in the top bar to see them all, newest first, with their status.
Your order history lives in this browser, not in an account, so an order made on another device or in a private window will not show up here.
